Along side my climbing when I was growing up, I did gymnastics. Acrobatics to be precise.
Back then, a simple bridge was easy.
Nowadays, with the muscle mass in my shoulders, not stretching enough and having plenty of imbalances, it's now quite a challenge!!
2017 mission: Get my bridge back.
Then who knows what other moves me and @シャウナ・コックジー can try.. #leahandshauna
