Today I was lucky enough to have an introduction & master class into Ayurvedic Cooking by the loverly and very talented @jodyvassallobeautifulfood it was truly fascinating and bloomin delicious!! It's a system of cooking for really optimal well-being thats 1000's of years old, originating from India and focuses on a individuals unique mind & body type and the food / cooking methods that are complimentary to promoting vitality, good health, and being on your top game anyway you get the idea. I got to say I really like this holistic personalised approach to nutrition im defo gonna try learn lots more, I need to get my head around it....thanks Jody xxx
