2017. I have started this year with days of much appreciated solitary silence, relax and research. This is the first year, in all of my 31 years I believe, that I haven't resolved to get on a diet, do sports and lose weight. And it feels good. I might need to renew some wardrobe elements but that's ok too. I've taken my time to do some research, edit some photos, bake some experimental cakes and cook some strange dishes, only for the sake of recipe tasting and eating. No photos involved, not even instagram stories. That felt good too. The first good news of the new year is that in Spring @prestel_usa will publish a #cookbook called «Beyond the Plate, Top Food Blogs From Around the World» and I am honored to be a part of the collective of authors together with @kraut_kopf, @twiggstudios, @local_milk, @mydarlinglemonthyme, @ladyandpups, @valentinahortus and many more. Each blogger is featured with 2 #recipes, a short bio and a fun Q & A. You can already pre-order the book on Amazon. The release date in the US is in my birthday, April 3rd. ?
