Finally, after the frenzy of Christmas is over, for the first time after a long time, I truly relaxed my mind and instinctively got to some thing I had long wanted to do. Ironically, yet again not so much so, relaxing came through more baking. The same recipe for the Persian Delights that I made for the Christmas pop up Kitchen (recipe on the blog/link in the bio). This time a saffron version. Do keep yours in the fridge.
I hope I can kick start some important projects this holiday season.
Plus, I have been thinking about the classic new year's resolutions, and I can't remember mine from last year! It is possible that mine was simply "surviving", given the circumstances and the whole breakup and moving out drama. I am thinking about this year's resolution, something tangible, serious and career driven. Like baking more. But not the whole sporty, diety thing again that I never stick to. What are your resolutions going to be for 2017?
