#TrainingTuesday Try this method! Fingers are the most important factor to build - and maintain - for #climbing. A solid strength base increases your grip of course, but just as importantly: it decreases your chances of injury. My go-to finger maintenance for this training cycle has been sessioning on @thefrontslc #MoonBoard as well as one-arm dead hangs ✊? Using a pulley to take off weight, find a pad to a pad-and-a-half edge that you can hang on for 3-5 seconds (half-crimp position!). Keep your arm slightly bent with shoulders engaged. Hang 2x per arm, rest for 3 min, and repeat for a total of 5 sets. Recover with @gnarlynutrition BCAA's ?? #trainingforclimbing ? @threepeakfilms ??
