My childhood pup, Lily, passed away this week. It's been one bad thing on top of several others. I made a sad post about it earlier but deleted it, because my mom has already cried enough (and so have I). So really, I just want to say... I love you so much Lily, and I'm grateful beyond words for the fiercely loyal companionship you've given us over the years. I loved your 'happy tail', waggy-butt syndrome. I'll miss hearing your 'WUFF' against intruders. You were the prettiest pittie-mix with your white eyelashes and black spots. I'll always crack up at your tendency to head-butt our guests ? and hearing Mom say 'LILY GO TO YOUR BED' when you got too excited. You were always the better sister ❤️ and now you can chase balls, squirrels, and polliwogs to your heart's content. I love you Lily-monster. RIP.
