Sir #QuentinBlake’s “Five on Treasure Island” was commissioned to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Enid Blyton’s much-loved #FamousFive series in 2012. The original illustration, in Blake’s distinctive style, will be offered for auction alongside 40 other works to benefit @IllustrationHQ next week. The UK's only public gallery dedicated solely to illustration, House of Illustration was founded by Sir Quentin Blake as a place to see, learn about and enjoy illustration in all its forms.
