1- how do I stay motivated?? To be honest I think the idea of not doing everything I can to achieve my goal scare me more then being lazy lol I write often work hard and be proud and for me it simply represent the fact that when you work hard in anything you do you go to bed satisfied and proud of the person you are becoming... that's what motivate me... ⭐️️?⭐️️and honestly no it's not always easy it's hard everyday and maybe easy 2-3times a year (but it's life and it's wonderful) '

2- how do I juggle school, training, being a wife, sponsors etc?
I think having a schedule is important but also prioritizing... during my finals at school I would use that week as a deload week for training while maybe just doing some light run to balance my school... most importantly surround yourself with uplifting people that understand what you do and can help you... don't have so much of an ego that you think you can do it all yourself... use all the help you can it's always easier with a team '
