Final hump day until these glutes get glazed and coppered up for show! ??? I've been keeping things very friendly between the weights and I to avoid injuries/muscle pain (our bodies are more susceptible to this happening when on a caloric deficit). "Thou shall not lift like a beast until she feasts" was this lady's mantra today ??? I've got a lot a love for my body beyond its aesthetic portion. While our mentality is important, It is this body, this home, that has taken me to higher heights, supporting my goals no matter how crazy they seem. Overcoming the pressures this prep demanded, adhering to obstacles and pushing me through this challenging season.
I'm wearing a million blessings everywhere I go. It only makes sense that gratitude outshines, every damn day.
