Hilton described an earthly paradise where humans, animals and nature lived in harmony calling it Shangrila which comes from the Tibetan word, Shambala, which also means paradise. It’s gilded roof reflects the golden hues of sunset shimmering in the waters of Lamuyangcuo Lake.
