Last night I went to my first ever @pureelitecomp show at @theo2london which is bodybuilding combined with beauty pageantry and is nothing like the pumped up, sweaty, ridiculously muscly angry gurning men and butch women that I would have expected. It was so classy, elegant, awe inspiring and motivational for my fitness journey and everybody looked incredible. Fitness is a form of art, it's about getting the best out of your body no matter your age, shape or size, the women looked absolutely stunning and the men were so sharp. I can't believe in spring 2017 I'm going to be up on that stage taking part in my first ever show, the commitment and dedication is life changing, the fitness regime gruelling and the emotion required to keep on track with diet is one of them most testing things I'll have ever put myself through.
