Ok, just to get this straight... My form on some exercises may not be perfect, I may not do everything 100% correctly and I may not be looking as good as I have done in the past... However, I am an ex pro athlete and footballer who has had 6 major operations to date, and severely damaged rotator cuffs... But despite my injuries and my hectic lifestyle I still find the time to get my ass to the gym and put in some serious work and to be fair I'm not looking in bad shape AT ALL! So to everyone who has something negative to say, look in the mirror... And then put your fucking head through it you pricks! I'm doing me, and I'm doing fucking well so middle fingers up to you lot.
