My own transformation 😳from 100lbs to 130lbs!
Looking back at old photos, I'm so proud of the hard work I dedicated to my own transformation. Through my physique transformation, I also changed my outlook on life to be positive, I became more optimistic and I now pursue a life of purpose, where I wake up everyday and practice bettering my best. Through my very own transformation, I learned a lot about myself. While testing my strengths through my struggles, It taught me to learn from mistakes, to grow from my failures and to always persevere.

I wanna show you that anything is possible. When I first started my own fitness journey, I saw a photo of a girl who lifts and I said to myself- "I want a body like that" So I flipped the switch and turned on the fire inside of me, I set a goal and let nothing get in my way. I gradually started and continue to achieve things that I never thought were possible. I have faith in myself and I have faith in all of you! Anything is possible.. IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT!!!
