This isn't a "diet" this isn't a "prep" for any competition. This is a yearlong and lifelong commitment to myself simply because I love it! I don't weigh myself and I don't know my body fat percentage. I've been "that girl" who counted everything, stressed about food and freaked out if a number was off on the scale. Know what it gave me? Headaches. Headaches guys, headaches. ? as I tell my clients, photos and how well your clothes fit can be a great judge of progress but the most important judge will be how you FEEL!
