I explored Algeria from North to South and from East to West, over the course of several months, in all season, in preparation for a book. It is a sublime and complex country.
In the town of Bejaia, the inhabitants of this apartment building could enjoy a view of the port and the sea, but the satellite dishes, gateways to the world, which cost the earth and are turned towards the sky, block almost every window.
