As I approach the final weeks to my first show, I’ve experienced promising changes in both my physique and mentality. There is nothing more gratifying to me than pursuing a goal that encompasses your very heart, soul, and passion. I embrace my health in full, for I know how damn precious it is no be alive. I don’t know how to take this state of peace for granted. ?
