I spy subtle sweeps from today's posing videos?? It's surreal to me that I'm approaching the last 6 weeks until my show. I've been prepping for this competition for over a year. I deliberately took a long off season to ensure I carried enough muscle and size to begin a deficit. On top of that, I wanted to ensure that competing was what I TRULY wanted to do.
One year later, and my passion for this sport only intensified.? I love what I do, and through this love, I am ensured that the journey is always the best part. ?
