My transformation ✌?️ Change doesn't have to be dramatic and progress doesn't have to mean weight loss ☺️ Left to right: 1️⃣ 62kg. Eating anything and everything. Regular boozing. Zero training. Fad diets when I fancied them. "Skinny fat" with no strength or muscle tone. 2️⃣ 67kg. Getting into health and fitness. I had been lifting for about a year and was still experimenting with healthy eating. Wasn't totally balanced - went through phases of clean eating, paleo and IIFYM as I tried to find my groove. Gained weight in the form of muscle. 3️⃣ 71kg. Four years after the first photo. I have been lifting weights consistently for over three years. I also enjoy HIIT classes like @f45londonbridge. I'm definitely the physically fittest I've ever been. I've finally found my groove with nutrition and am able to eat intuitively for my bodies needs. I'm super balanced and eat pretty much everything. Moderation not deprivation is my motto! ? Bear in mind that I am not flexing in these photos. If you go into my feed you can see the muscle mass I have gained (I say this as I'm getting a lot of comments saying there isn't a difference). ? I know I don't look massively different between these photos but the mental and physical change is huge. I have gained almost 10kg and I am so much stronger & fitter than I was when I started. The most important change though? I'm healthy and happy in myself. I train and eat well because I love my body and I celebrate everything it can do ? #girlgains
