Leg day ? Today I trained in a small hotel gym out here in France. Equipment was limited but I still had an awesome workout. ➡️ Bulgarian split squats 3x12 ➡️ Barbell hip thrusts superset with dumbell sumo squats 4x15 (slow and light) ➡️ Romanian deadlifts superset with goblet squats 3x12 ➡️ Static lunges 3x10 ➡️ Banded hip thrusts with pulses (see previous video) x 2 ??
