Hypertrophy hip thrust training with 295 lbs for 10 reps as we approach 8 weeks out from my figure debut ? the majority of my training volume is now stemming from higher rep ranges as opposed to heavier loads. It's definitely a hard pill to swallow, considering my love for powerlifting. But for now, I shall commence and look at the positives - i.e legs that are moving, lungs that are breathing, cells that are repairing...
