While it may look like a piñata threw up in my cereal bowl, this homemade froyo concoction has been this month's MVP ?? - I make soft serve Froyo using plain Greek yogurt, almond milk, and extracts and sweeteners. Since the macros are immaculate, I have plenty of carbs saved up for toppings - last night's toppings were a Fiber1 brownie, Oreos, sprinkles, and Goldfish cookies (for that extra protein??). --- Flexible dieting grants me the freedom to incorporate all sorts of foods into my diet without compromising my progress and overall sanity. I am able to see results in my physique while constantly entertaining my favourite practice: mental peace. -- If meals like this scare you in anyway, I challenge you to look into the belief system that these fears stem from. Most of the times, these beliefs are supported by nutritional science and are usually a product of being exposed to diet fads and mystified weight loss programs.
