A midnight sun hovers above #fog in the seldom-visited Stewart Valley, north of the #Arctic circle on #Baffin Island, #Canada. These towering granite cliffs surpass even those of Yosemite Valley in scale. This was shot from the top of an opposing mountain while I was documenting the first big wall climbing expedition in the valley. #baffinisland #nunavut
