Just try it ❤️❤️❤️ ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Benefits: 1⃣Similar to fish pose , the front of the next is being stretch , this stimulate the thyroid and para thyroid gland . 2⃣ improve conditions of the digestive, respiratory, endocrine, lymphatic, skeletal, and circulatory systems. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• How to :? 1⃣Begin in kneeling position ,your knees & shins hip-distance apart. Rest your hands on the back of your pelvis, fingers pointing to the floor 2⃣Lean back, drop hand one by one and take hold of each heel. Keep pushing hips forward amd arched the chest up . Keep your head in a neutral position or if you feels comfortable , allow it to drop back. ❌ If you have enlarged goiter , keep head up . 3⃣Hold for 10-15 counts . . To release, bring your hands back to your front hips. Inhale, lead with your heart, and lift your torso by pushing your hips down toward the floor.
