Snuggle the base of the head on the clasped hand . 2⃣ INHALE , lift knees off the ground to downward dog . Walk forward one or 2 steps . 3⃣ Stay for 10 seconds , you will feel blood flowing to your head . 4⃣ To come out from the pose , walk legs back and rest in child pose .
