Back circuit:
• 15 Wide bent over rows using dumbbells
• 10 right plank rows using a dumbbell
• 10 left plank rows using a dumbbell
• 15 Swimming Supermans

When circuit training, you perform a series of exercises with little to no rest in between followed by a 1-2 minute rest break and then repeat the entire cycle for your desired number of sets.

Circuit training allows you to fit more into your workouts than if you were performing one exercise per set. You also get the combined benefits of aerobic exercise, or cardio, and strengthening resistance training.
