This chalk drawing by Dante Gabriel #Rossetti of Marie Spartali Stillman, arguably the artist's most beautiful model in his later years, remained in Rossetti's possession until his death. A study for his large oil painting 'A Vision of Fiammetta' of 1878, it forms part of our #London sale of #Victorian, #Pre-Raphaelite & #British Impressionist Art on 14 July. Exhibition opens to the public tomorrow.
