A few minutes in the sun whilst revising is such a great pick me up, I love listening to the birds sing, feeling the warmth of the sun on my skin and freeing my mind ready to absorb new information. We put such an onus onto our bodies for how we should look, what we should wear and what is suitable attire for sunbathing and hiding our weight. I say forget all that, take off your makeup, go into your back garden, ditch your clothes and enjoy the privacy and freedom of being yourself in your home. Naked sunbathing isn't rude or underhand its peaceful and uplifting, our bodies are a work of art to be proud of not body shamed. But put some clothes on if you plan on popping out for strawberries and a newspaper, body confidence isn't about creeping people out there's a time and place for everything and I'm thankful for my garden.
