Sergio Aguero was a tad red-faced on his 17th birthday. The previous day he’d arrived at the AFA training complex to prepare for the FIFA U-20 World Cup. “I got sat next to this kid, but I didn’t have a clue who he was. ‘What’s your name?’ I asked him. He told me but it didn’t register. Everyone had been going on and on about this kid who had signed for Barcelona when he was 12. Later, all of a sudden, it dawned on me that it was him! I was a little embarrassed!” They’re now big buddies & on senior @afaseleccion duty together, so no doubt Leo Messi will today be wishing Sergio Aguero a happy 28th birthday!
