FIFA has just completed its latest Grassroots course in Madagascar, part of a development programme first started in 2011. Local coaches were invited by the national Federation to be trained by FIFA Instructors, so they can take their newly learnt skills into their local communities. The philosophy is on teaching children the basics of the game, in a safe and fun environment. At the end, the coaches worked together to deliver a huge football festival for over 700 children.
