COCONUT BERRY POPS | serves 6
1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
1 banana
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1⁄2 cup fresh spinach

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Transfer mixture into 6 popsicle molds, paper cups, or small tumblers.
3. Place in the freezer.
