Don’t miss this opportunity to view historic documents, charting the transformation of the United States, including this extremely rare manuscript copy of the 13th Amendment. One of three ‘senate’ copies, this incredible document was the first significant change to American civil liberties since the Bill of Rights, and abolished slavery and involuntary servitude in the United States. Proceeds will benefit the non-profit Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History.
