Seated preacher curls completely isolate the biceps!
When performing standing bicep curls, most people bounce and swing their bodies which helps to lift the weight off of momentum. (We're all guilty of it sometimes!?)
Stabilizing your arm on a bench or your legs helps to prevent that swing and places all of the load on your biceps!
Here I'm doing preacher curls with a barbell and one armed preacher curls with a dumbbell.
Remember to get full extension on these!
