Appointment with @lapolivka11 went well today ? no but really, my leg is feeling like a normal human's again finally. This is post dry needling, hella scraping of the tissue & manipulating my knee caps for a hot minute to get them moving well again. The same amount of treatment on both legs, i wonder if you can tell which is the one bothering me? Hahaha. So grateful for my team of the smartest ladies i know that keep me healthy- Lauren (PT) & Collette (@collette_23 - massage) they keep me in one piece. I competed in 4 back to back big meets from December to May (for more platform experience) and to come out the other side of all of that with only some quad tendonitis is pretty stellar.
