A portrait of the artist’s father, Jean Dubuffet’s Georges Dubuffet au Jardin was exhibited at @ニューヨーク近代美術館 for almost three decades before being acquired by the present owner in 1991. Prior to its time at MOMA, this fantastic collage was part of the seminal travelling exhibition, The Art of Assemblage. Now on display on our 10th floor galleries, this work will go up for auction on 11 May. #SothebysContemporary #ImaginetheConversation
