Driving back home to Miami from Orlando. Stopped by Wendy's for lunch. They actually have pretty decent salads. I got Medeterenian Power Salad with grilled chicken, hummus and quinoa, skipped on dressing and honey roasted pecans. Overall was healthy and delicious meal. I asked for unsweetened iced tea and when I got my tea it was very sweet ? , so I came back with a question and the answer was Priceless: it's organically sweetened ? WTF , is there difference between organic sugar and not organic sugar? Do you people think that organic sweeteners such as Agave Syrup, honey or Organic sugar doesn't have the same amount of calories and carbs and won't go to your hips? Well, I have bad news for you, sugar is sugar and even organically sweetens large iced teas will have roughly 30-40 gr of carbs ?, yes, just one drink! So my advise to you is to stay away from any kind of sweet drinks. Drink water, black coffee or UNSWEETENED iced tea to avoid extra calories/ carbs in your diet. Although, I try to avoid fast food restaurants, simply because I don't like processed food, I like to put fresh, organic stuff in my body, and cheap fast food chains can't offer me that luxury. But if there is no other options and I have to have meal at such place, doesn't mean I have to stuff my face with fried chicken sandwich, you can always find a healthy option ? I also was very tempted to get Pecan cookie, but I looked at the previous picture I posted this morning and changed my mind, no cookie for me ? Self control is our everything when it coms to food. ? Stay healthy my friends and eat according to your goals ✌️ ?????????????????????????? По дороге домой заехали в ресторанчик быстрого питания, таких тут в Штатах пруд пруди на любой вкус и цвет.
