I'm loving being back at the gym, it's amazing how you can take a part of your body that's weak and squishy and build it up to have such strength, power and endurance that never existed before. I realise my fitness journey started by mending a broken heart followed by a passive mind and finally lanky limbs. That's the beauty of life, we can make it whatever we want it to be, how we are today doesn't have to be who we are tomorrow. Each moment is an opportunity for change, progress and a step forward in our journey. If you knew me at school as the shy and bullied geek, as a young mother and total doormat, or as a broken hearted young single parent then I hope today you will see how far I have come.
