So happy for fellow Cantabrian Tom Walsh, Gold and 21.78- broke his NZ and Oceania record yet again!! Having known Tom for about 6 years now it's so awesome to see after his dedication and hard work that the humble country guy has achieved so incredibly well and looking so good for Rio!!! World champion- wow!!!!
Also massive well done to @エリザ・マッカートニー on 5th in the pole vault- incredibly amazing anyway but especially that she is quite a lot younger than most of the field!!! Amazing!!
Super inspired for my 1500m here at the Sydney Classic tonight!!
