I'm a 100% natural athlete, and I say this with a lot of pride.
While I get accused on a daily basis of taking some sort of anabolic substance, I tend to disregard these assumptions, because they do not serve me. Those who have a hard time believing in my pursuits being tangible drug-free ought to also have a difficult time accepting the possibilities that emerge from consistency, adherence, and utmost dedication.
The opinions of others rarely concerns me. I address this only to shed insight and to be as raw as possible with you all. Oftentimes, misleading physique “goals” that roam social media can detrimentally mislead individuals, imposing severe consequences on their self-reflections and insecurities. I don’t think this is fair, and this is one of the many reasons I am drawn to natural bodybuilding.
