You can time yourself for 30 minutes if you want to go all out, or get up and dance to a new song every hour or so throughout your day.

2. YouTube yoga: Roll out your mat, put your laptop on the coffee table, and do a little stretching, meditating and deep breathing. You can find videos of all sorts of levels online, as well as specific videos for back pain, stress relief, and more. So cool! If you’re not into yoga, you can also find great kettlebell and bodyweight routine videos online too.

3. Take a walk: A 30-minute brisk walk around your neighborhood isn’t just great cardio, it’s also a beautiful way to meet neighbors and unwind from the day.
