Happy #internationalwomensday! Let's take this opportunity to celebrate equality and diversity. In our fight for gender equality let's not lose gender diversity. Men and women are different (and thank goodness we are!), but that does not mean that we are not equal. Let's celebrate our differences while striving equal opportunities. How can we call ourselves a civilised society when people are still judged on their gender instead of their ability?
