The 30th anniversary of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster is approaching this April. Pripyat, the abandoned city which housed 50,000 prior to the accident, is now a haunting ghost town. Three remaining seats in the rotting auditorium offer a glimpse of the once formidable furnishings in the Palace of Culture. It is only a matter of time until structures like these will collapse.
