We expect results to happen overnight. Your eating habits are all over the place, you forgot what the inside of the gym looks like, the one lovely day you decide to get your diet back on track and step into the iron jungle once again. Kudos to you for taking the first step, the journey has to start somewhere. Two days later you look in the mirror and you see the same person staring back at you. The abs are still not there, the muffin top is still looking fresh ( daaaaa), so you get discouraged and upset wanting to give up and forget the whole thing. That train of thought does not make sense, logically you can't expect results to happen right away, life doesn't work that way, our bodies don't work this way. If you're in the early stages of getting your fitness goals back on track, do yourself (and me) a favor: take a picture of yourself and don't look at it for at least a month. On your forth week take a photo again and compare the two. Assuming you've been consistent and done everything right, progress will be hard not to notice, you'll see how much your body has changed. This simple act of monitoring your progress will be your motivation to keep pushing you further. Don't expect anything easy, or too soon, our bodies have to get used to new diet, adapt to workouts, this takes weeks for it to start responding accordingly. First 3 weeks are usually the hardest to stay focused and dedicated to the new healthy adjustments in your life and breaking old habits. Did you know that it takes approximately 21 days for our bodies to develop a habit? That means if you stay consistent with your diet and your training, you will ultimately form a habit and your progress will come naturally, as well as the results you've always wanted. #Anyastar #Motivation #motivationMonday #moday #fit Девчонки мои дорогие, как всегда русская версия не поместилась, вы можете найти данный текст на моей странице Вконтакте ?
