Vignettes from last weeks wonderful educational series in Israel, where I was brought in to help empowering young women and men to tell their own stories through the power of photography -- teenager completely engaged in creating images with the Hakshava Youth at Risk Club in Beit Shemesh.

Rubbish! These kids are not at risk. Only thing they were at risk in are people (especially adults) not believing in them...these fellows are so talented and engaged.

This week-long education series on storytelling from our own community, helping students in Arab and Israeli communities discover their identity through photography and commonality, was supporting through an amazing program funded by the US Embassy in Tel Aviv.
