Good morning! A lot of you ask me what I eat for breakfast. I switch between oats & why protein to eggs and avocado (depending on which I fancy or if I have a shoot) however, EVERY SINGLE MORNING WITHOUT FAIL. I choose to have the above. I juice carrot, beetroot, celery, ginger, apple, broccoli & cucumber. This makes 2 juices. One which I have with my breakfast & one which I add whey protein & avocado to before blending with ice and storing for my mid morning snack. Its DELICIOUS and the easiest way for me to load up on my veg. When would I eat that much veg in one sitting? Investing in a juicer was the best thing I've done. It's my idea of 'fast food' my skin & hair is so much healthier starting my day this way. I even juiced 2 apples, 7 carrots and a lemon once to make 'orange juice' for my niece and she loved it! She was drinking 7 carrots!!! Amazing!!! Natural sugar instead of refined sugar ?????? Now I never substitute food with juice, I have it as well as or as a snack between meals. There's lots of different views & opinions on juice, but before having one I decided to try it myself. That was over 4yrs ago and haven't looked back. ?
