Over many years now, I have been photographing a project called “Sleeping Cars.” A hibernating car caught my eye in Russia over 10 years ago, and it was one of a few cars which sparked an interest, which then developed in the intervening years and inspired me to begin this body of work. On my new Instagram feed, @sleepingcars, I will be posting photographs from Sleeping Cars around the world, specifically images shot in Los Angeles.
