Training that stems from guilt or means of justifying what you had for dinner last night is no fun…At all. ✨In or out of the gym, your goals should never be initiated by guilt. Guilt belittles passion, and mocks the consistency we are capable of adhering to. Likewise, eating should never be deemed as an iniquity. There is no sustainability in exchanging your mental well being for physical endeavours, and there is no satisfaction living a slave to your dinner plate. Food is NOT the enemy; disordered thinking is. Whether you expended energy running on the treadmill all day, or you simply slipped into a onesie and watched 5 seasons of Breaking Bad (foreshadowing my winter break for y’all) food should never ever EVER be a moral quibble. Do not be a slave to food; allow food to serve you instead.
