I had the best Oslo layover ever. Not only I met Martin - half of @illebrod bread baking duo, but also I was finally able to try the bread I've been sighing to for ages. It was exactly as I was imagening it - beautifuly fermented, light, soft and flavorfull due to using highest quality heritage flours from local mills .
