FLEXBOWL ? "What is a flexbowl?" Is a question I get asked all the time on snapchat (@zanzapan) and here on Instagram. So today I'm going to explain it. It consists of two parts, a base and toppings. The base can be anything from yoghurt to oats, protein cookie dough, casein pudding or jelly. The toppings can be anything too! Examples include fruit, chocolate, nut butter, seeds and protein bars. ? Flexbowls can be healthy and light, made of yoghurt and topped with fruit/nuts. They can also be epic treats made from cookie dough and topped with quite frankly any processed crap you desire ? For me, a naughty flexbowl is a treat I have maybe once a week or so. It is a way I satisfy my cravings, like some people have "treat/cheat meals". However, I do have healthy ones most evenings. ?? I hope this clarifies things for you.
