So today was the hardest day of my #weightlifting career so far. 2nd session started off with 5 sets of 2+1 on Clean & Jerk at 88kg .... Kept missing the 2nd clean on my last set because my legs are completely fried... Usually i would give up and probably cry and say i suck at weightlifting... BUT this is the new and improved Pope & she is a fucking savage...
