People keep noticing my #gainz and it makes me so happy. Yes, my legs and butt have grown a ridiculous amount- and yes, i have gained 10 pounds. Intentionally. I am working very hard to increase lean mass as well as reach a healthy body fat % to walk around at because my health was going to go to shit if i kept competing at 58. I am happy to have my curves back, feeling strong as an ox, eating all my favorite foods, accidently bumping in to people with my booty again, and will tell any haters i could kick their ass in a hot minute now ?.
